This newly renovated Victorian home sits at the front of a quiet neighborhood.

This is a unique stay. This is an old Victorian-style home that we've renovated over time.

 

We do allow small family gatherings with permission.

Hosting my sister's bridal shower at this Airbnb was an absolute delight from start to finish. The moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the elegant decor and thoughtful touches throughout the space. This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to entertain family for a high school graduation. There were extra tables and chairs to have a party. The washer dryer was nice so we didn’t have to overpack. Plenty of bathrooms and an expansive kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Steph & Lukes place was just like the pictures! There’s plenty of areas to have a tiny photoshoot with your homies before going to a concert in the house. Steph/Luke were extremely friendly & the kitchen is equipped with anything you really need. The neighborhood was is pretty quiet & private which we enjoyed. Stayed here to be closer to Charlotte for an early morning appointment. It was very convenient to grocery stores and places to eat. The house is extremely clean and comfortable. Has a large room that looks like it would be used for events/larger parties. For the purposes of our stay I would have liked to have had a larger TV in that area, the only TVs they have are in the bedrooms but it worked out fine for us. Hosts are very responsive to any questions and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Its a beautiful place to stay!

We have a family of five and the home slept all of us very comfortably. It was clean and the pictures online were exactly how we found the home on our arrival. Access to the property was easy and there was plenty of room to park. The host were accommodating and friendly. They did have to come out once to place the trash can by the curb during the week and made sure to let us know the day before. The thing that most impressed us was after we left for home our youngest child couldn't find some of the cash we gave her for shopping while in NC. Much to our relief, Steph and Luke messaged us saying they found the cash in one of the bedrooms after we left and they were able to wire it to us right away. Steph and Luke truly went above and beyond all of our expectations and I would highly recommend staying at their property.

Steph and Luke have such a great place! We stayed a couple nights during our wedding weekend. My bridal party used the large open room upstairs to get ready- the lighting is PERFECT and made for amazing photos! The hosts were flexible with check-in and reached out to ensure we were able to get in without issues. The house is beautifully decorated and we loved being close to the bars and restaurants in Mint Hill. Thank you for helping make our weekend so perfect!

This home would be great for larger families, and families with kids older than 2 years old. The porch is awesome and the neighborhood is very pretty with a sidewalk. Spacious and clean. A very different floor plan. It was comfortable for our needs as we were all adults on this stay. There did not appear to be a place for everyone to hang out and watch tv as the only tv's were in the bedrooms. To be fair, there is a big room on the second floor that had just had a wedding there, so I am not sure if that is usually housed with furniture and tv, but it was not there for our stay. We are not big TV watchers, so it was not a problem for us, but it may be for others. That room is a great space and could have multiple uses for guests. Also, kitchen could use a few kitchen utensils. We did not have a cork screw and a few other minor things, but I know sometimes people walk off with those things, so it may not be a host issue. All in all, a great value for a pretty, spacious and clean home. The hosts were very accommodating to our needs. We needed to check in early due to a zoom meeting that arose right before our trip, and they made it happen!

The home is very charming and in a quiet neighborhood. The location was an easy drive from 485 and downtown Mint Hill. The home was clean and had plenty of space with 3 beds/3.5 baths. As shown in the photo, one of the bathrooms does not have privacy window coverings so that was a little awkward. We would stay here again. The hosts responded quickly to our questions which we greatly appreciated.
