Steph &Luke’s place was amazing. Location was perfect. It was peaceful and quiet. You can walk out the door right to the beach. Parking was great. Kitchen had all the utensils needed. The beds were comfortable. We are definitely going to keep this on the list to return.

I love that so much stuff was provided (toiletries, kitchen & pantry items, etc)! This place was so big and so nice! We only had 7 people, but it could accommodate a whole lot more. Very nice pool area and easy beach access. This condo was very clean and updated. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We were visiting Ocean Isle for a family reunion. The unit was wonderful, perfect location, and clean. Even though it is not oceanfront, there is a beautiful view of the ocean from both of the balconies. We’re hoping to stay again next summer, bringing along friends for our 3 daughters. Definitely recommend staying here!!

First time at Ocean Isle and we had an amazing time. The house was clean and well kept. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool. Steph and Luke were always available to answer any questions and they were checking in with me to see how everything was going. My family and I will definitely be coming back.

We love OIB and have been coming here for 30 years. My parents, my sister’s family, and my own family enjoyed a week at this beautiful beach condo. I loved how the pool and beach were literally steps away. We would love to stay here again!

This was our first air bnb rental and it did not disappoint. We had an excellent stay! Would highly recommend. The place was clean and looked just as it did online. Steps from the beach. We loved how each bedroom had their own private bathroom. Steph and Luke were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to go back!

Steph and Luke were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and proactive in taking care of things. The condo was perfect for our group of 12. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, which was great since we cooked all of our meals at the condo. While not ocean front, the condo is situated just behind the ocean front units and we still had ocean views from the balcony, which we enjoyed sitting on. We loved being steps from the beach! I would highly recommend staying at this place.

The unit had roaches which we advised them. There were no instructions for the tv’s and this could not get a couple of them to work. After advising the owners, they stated a book was inside the cabinet in the den under the tv, but it was not just 2 real estate books. Unfortunately our neighbors trashed my Jeep with beer cans. I advised the HOA site person and the owners. We truly liked the Bible scripture in the unit.

Host and hostess were incredibly efficient and communication and accommodating when necessary. Extremely efficient and functional air-conditioning system and all kitchen appliances. Truly one of the best airbnb experiences we have had! The location was exactly as described and had been renovated since we booked. Owners were extremely friendly and responsive. They were proactive in communication and so kind. We truly felt like we were staying in our own home. They thought of everything and had so many little details that go a long way. The place was clean and had everything needed. It is a great location if you are bringing littles- they have kids items on hand in the house (even utensils/plates/etc!). You never know if you can trust the description and amenities listed on airbnb postings, but theirs was completely accurate! Everything listed (and more) are provided in the home. The home is a perfect size for a larger group and everyone still feels like they have their own space. It is incredibly soundproof as well. We had our whole family and everyone has different routines and schedules but no one was disturbed by others. I could go on and on about this home!

What a gem this space is! This space is intimate enough for the perfect family getaway— but large enough with 5b5b and a large dining/gathering table to host a much bigger party or group of friends! Steps to beach access & the perfect location to all of the local dining & entertainment options. Tasteful beach décor & minimalist vibe help you truly unwind & relax in a space that is clutter free. Loved all of the options to bring more natural light into the home. Comfortable beds. Our children loved the game machine in their room with bunk beds. Stephanie was amazing to work with— communication was easy and inviting. We are new lovers of OIB and this house helped us navigate a new adventure seamlessly!

Steph and Luke were super responsive and very friendly. The place was designed super well, spacious and extremely clean! It’s very kid friendly with a kids room with plenty of toys and a retro video game (my husband loved). It was super close to the beach and the perfect location in this cute little beach town. My son started walking this weeks at the condo so it already holds a special place in our hearts, I can’t wait to stay here again!
